Privacy.

What we store, briefly:

• Your email, your display name, and (if you set one) a hashed password.
• Your purchases, your subscription status, and the custom-rain briefs you’ve written.
• Your purchased loop files, stored encrypted in S3.
• An anonymized session hash for streaming sessions, so we know how many people are listening to which channel. No IP, no fingerprint stored.

What we do not store:

• Payment card numbers. Stripe handles these.
• Your location. We don’t care.
• Anything you didn’t tell us.

On the rain itself.

Every base recording in our library is licensed, public-domain, or recorded by the studio’s contractor in a setting with no identifiable third parties. Recordings that contain identifiable human speech are rejected. The coffee shop conversations on channel 8 and the cassette in channel 11 are real recordings mixed below the speech-intelligibility threshold and pitch-shifted so individual words are unrecoverable.

Deletion.

You can email hello@0p.studio any time and we’ll delete your account, your library, and your briefs. We’ll keep the audit log of the deletion event itself — only that.
